A place where Bulgarian heritage, education, and community come together.
BG Social Learning Center is a community-focused 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located at 111 N Broadway in Wind Gap, Pennsylvania. Established in 2011, our organization brings together Lehigh Valley residents of Bulgarian heritage, including families whose immigration journeys began in the 1970s and 1980s.
Through language education, cultural programs, Sunday school, and meaningful community gatherings, we are dedicated to preserving Bulgarian traditions while creating opportunities for younger generations to connect with their roots.
OUR HISTORIC MILESTONE · 2025
In late 2025, a long-held community dream became reality with the $1.15 million purchase of the former Wind Gap Fire Company headquarters and social hall, spanning two parcels and over one acre. This milestone established a permanent home for Bulgarian heritage, education, and community connection.
